  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.

Returns Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Important Note on Hygiene: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Underwear & Nightwear due to the intimate nature of these products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. If you are exchanging for a different size or style, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead. We will ship the exchanged item using the same shipping method as your original order.
