1. Returns & Exchanges Policy
You can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Underwear & Nightwear
This exception is due to the intimate nature of these products, ensuring the health and safety of all our customers.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to our address (provided in the approval email). We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you’re exchanging for a different size or style, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the new item.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
5. Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead. We’ll ship the exchanged item using the same shipping method as your original order (standard or free shipping).
